Rolando J. Gutierrez, Architects (RJGA), established in 1990, is a State of Florida certified minority-owned enterprise located in Tallahassee, Florida, founded by Rolando J. Gutierrez after being associated with other firms for over fifteen years in the position of Senior Architect and Project Director and/or Manager.
