STAFF: Since its inception in 1990, RJGA has fluctuated in personnel numbers from four to eight employees with five being the predominant number.

CONSULTANTS: Rolando J. Gutierrez, Architects (RJGA) utilizes consultants for the disciplines of Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Landscape Architecture. RJGA's selection of consultants is based primarily on the client's needs and the consultant's experience and capabilities as they relate to the specific project requirements.

AWARDS & COMMENDATIONS: 1. Design Competition for Tampa Civic Center in 1974 while Rolando Gutierrez was a student at the University of Florida (part of 2 man team); 2. Design Competition for the Florida Association Institute of Architects (AIA) Headquarters in Tallahassee, Florida in 1980 while Rolando Gutierrez was employed by another firm (part of 2 man team); and 3. Commendation in 1997 for Tallahassee Marine Institute Alternative High School Building in Tallahassee, Florida.

LITIGATION: RJGA carries Professional Liability Insurance but the firm has not had any incidence of litigation. The Principal has never worked on any project, with RJGA or while employed by other firms, involving litigation.
